This site is dedicated to the memory of Steve.
Steve was born in Edgworth, Bolton on 18th March 1947. He went to school in the village, and later attended Canon Slade. He studied Geography and Geology at Oxford, before returning to the north west as a teacher. Steve was a great sportsman, and played cricket for Edgworth Cricket Club for over 40 years, taking some 1000 wickets during his career. Above all, Steve was a much loved husband of Pam, a great dad to Jamie and Janet, and a legend to the rest of the family. We are proud of his achievements, and we will always love and miss him.
